主要研究方向

1.药物代谢活化及肝毒性机制

2.中药药效物质基础和作用机制

主要从事细胞色素P450酶介导的药物代谢活化及其肝毒性机制研究,以及基于黄嘌呤氧化酶靶点治疗高尿酸血症的天然活性分子的发现和作用机制研究。研究成果发表于药物代谢领域以及食品科学领域Drug Metabolism andDisposition,Chemical Researchin Toxicology,Journal of Biological Chemistry,Food Bioscience等著名学术期刊,发表SCI学术论文二十余篇,参编英文著作一部,担任中草药英文版青年编委。
